In very general terms, Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) uses an 8-point striking system; kicks, punches, elbows and knees and fighters are taught to be patient until an opportunity to strike presents itself, then they can aggressively advance forward. There is an emphasis on clinch work. Kickboxing uses a 4-point striking system; kicks and punches with an active use of hands with volume combinations. K1 Boxing uses a 6-point striking system; kicks, knees and punches.
I train a wide variety of local men and woman, of all ages, wanting to get in 'fighting fit' condition whilst at the same time, increasing their confidence and learning new skills. I also train aspiring K1, boxers and kickboxers from beginners all the way through to those requiring elite fight training camps ready for battle and young children starting out in their martial arts careers. I am very proud of all of my clients achievements and their journeys with me but don't take my word for it, read what they have to say about me!
